Skyline's Quito
Quito is a very impressive LSG male that has so much to offer your breeding program. Quito comes from TWO champion parents and sports a spectacular head, substantial bone density, dense fiber, incredible staple length, and fineness, even at the age of 2 years. This shouldn’t be any surprise as his dam, Chilena, was one of our best foundation females. She produced four outstanding grey cria for us before her passing… such a big loss to our farm. His sire is Patagonia’s Giovanni our premier DRG herdsire who has been putting some awesome cria on the ground – mostly greys and blacks.
Quito was shown in his juvenile year placing 2nd at the very competitive Alpacapalooza show, especially for greys, and did well in his yearling year as well at the 2009 CABA Classic. He placed third behind a Crescent Moon son sired by Adonnis, and a male out of the Snowmass program. Tim Lavan commented about his mature size, length of staple, and brightness of fleece. He is an impressive boy! Besides that, he has a gentle nature making him very easy to work with. We hate to let him go, but we have Silver Prancer, his half brother, who is just beginning to show us his outstanding cria.
Quito is ready for breeding this spring and it is the perfect time to purchase a male of this outstanding quality for a very reasonable price. News Flash, We have a confirmed pregnancy from Quito. He is ready to breed on your farm!
